Sacred Salve

Frankicense celebrates the ancient rituals and healing naturally and sustainably. This Sacred Salve is an all-purpose skin salve made simply with Calendula, Rosehip and Hibiscus infused in Jojoba Wax, beeswax. I also added Myrrh essential oil which is said to have anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties.  The key ingredient in our salve is 1st grade Boswellia carterii which means it has no bark on the resin and the resin has more oleoresin gum in it. This Boswellia carterii is quite special because it has 34% Boswellic Acid in it.  Boswellia carterri often used as a remedy for anxiety, stress and depression as it is believed to lift the mood and naturally enhance mental wellbeing. Research has also shown that it’s also beneficial for promoting the regeneration of skin cells, inflammation, reducing scars and blemishes.
